Dominion Building & Excavating is led by Jed Murphy, a second-generation builder who grew up in the construction world. Working alongside his contractor father, he gained hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the trade long before stepping into business ownership. He learned how to dig a foundation, frame a structure, and — most importantly — build with integrity.
With over a decade of professional experience in both residential and commercial construction, he brings proven skill, precision equipment operation, and a strong commitment to quality to every project.
Today, he leads a team that operates with the same values he was raised with: workmanship, honesty, and respect for the craft. From excavation and site prep to framing and structural work, every member of the crew shares the same dedication to doing things right the first time.
